This dessert consists of a graham cracker crust, blueberries, peaches, kiwis, cream cheese and a glaze made with bourbon and apricots. I have to say here is yet another dessert I traditionally did not like but after making a different spin on it, I find that I do rather enjoy it. I also made a kiwi and blueberry version as well and it was also quite delicious.
